Design Of Transverse Tongue Type Gallbladder Boot

The tongue opening type gallbladder shoes are designed on the basis of transverse tongue shoes, and the front part is designed as a gallbladder structure. So its design mode is: transverse tongue type shoes design + shoe gall design.

The structure design of transverse tongue opening shoes is shown in figure 2-3-3.
Before designing the shoes, first design the loose tongue rear tongue shoe, then design the shoe bladder parts. Three steps are used to design the shoe parts.

The first step is to design the original shoe gall according to the pattern requirements of the finished product, and set the Jo width of the shoe gallbladder according to the requirements of the finished shoes according to the front width JJ'line. Connect the Jo0 line to the auxiliary line, and the line of shoe gallbladder changes on the Jo0 line. Before the Jo0 line 1 / 2, the shoe gallbladder line is convex, forming a concave line after the Jo0 line 1 / 2, extending parallel to the AJ line and extending back to the 0'point. After the shape is smooth, determine the dividing line of the shoes and gallbladder.

The second step: to make the back line of the back part of the shoe gallbladder, the tongue of the tongue shoe is disconnected, and a pair of pick up line is made. Use the two arc intersection to find the J1 point, connect the Ji V "line" and extend it forward as the back line of the shoe. Be careful not to use the A point as the counterpoint, but to use the J- point.

The third step: design the outline of the shoe bladder parts, and use the replica board to design the shoes and gallbladder parts in the straight line of the back. First, the points of the replica board are aligned with the J1 points on the back midline, and Jo points are determined to ensure that the width of the shoe gallbladder remains unchanged. Then draw the outline line of the shoe parts like the shoe covers, and the parts that are not long enough to be linked up. The front section can be used as a parallel line to control the upper and lower lengths (AJ length and A'Jo length).

After the graphic design is completed, the difference between the inside and outside of the line and the outline of the shoe should be concentrated. This method is simpler than dealing with the shoe. First, make a line inside the concave arc line of the original shoe shoe. The outer line is 3 ~ 5mm, and the two sides are connected. This is the contour line for making the half fence strip. In the same way, the same difference between the original shoe and the gallbladder is transferred to the shoe parts, which is the outline of the shoe.

Finally, finish the bottom line and make the difference between inside and outside.
