June 12th, 2010 China Garment Association Down The Specialized Committee annual meeting and its general meeting were held in Qingdao, Shandong. Jiang Hengjie, executive vice president of China clothing association, Specialized Committee director of down garments and products, Gao Dekang, deputy director of the China Garment Association, deputy director of the Qingdao provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Wang Guanghui, Shandong garment Industry Association Liu Jianguo, national garment quality supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai) deputy director of Yue Ji, Wang Yongping, President and Wang Yongping, etc., attended the meeting. At the meeting, President Jiang Hengjie made a report on the work of Specialized Committee and summed up the feather down in the past year. Jiang Hengjie made a keynote speech on the current situation of the down garment industry. He pointed out that the following problems should be paid attention to in the development of the industry. First of all, enterprises face changes in many factors, such as shortage of migrant workers, rising labor costs and rising prices of raw materials, and so on. Enterprises need to raise their efficiency through the use of technology to raise the total value of labor and increase the total labor productivity of enterprises. Secondly, enterprises need to integrate the industrial chain to speed up the product and capital turnover rate; third, industrial production and distribution channels are closely cooperated with each other, and marketing is close to consumer demand; fourth, brand enterprises and franchisees establish closer interest alliance, risk sharing and benefit sharing and common development; finally, enterprises should increase investment in R & D, and widely use of mature and high-tech enterprises.

Jiang Hengjie aims at the present. industry Some phenomena appear to remind the down enterprises to strengthen their awareness of intellectual property rights, persist in innovation, oppose plagiarism, pay attention to the concept of low carbon economy, strengthen self-discipline and attach importance to product quality.

Gao Dekang, executive deputy director of the China Garment Association's down garment and products Specialized Committee, also made three suggestions at the meeting. First of all, we hope that enterprises will persist in independent innovation, increase investment in design and research, and promote industrial upgrading; secondly, we hope that enterprises will build their own brands and enhance their core competitiveness; finally, we must strengthen Specialized Committee's own construction, improve services and promote the development of the industry.

The conference deliberated and adopted the management regulations of China Apparel Association's fifth Specialized Committee for Down garments and articles. Through election, the fifth Specialized Committee of the China Apparel Association's down garment and products Specialized Committee was appointed. The executive vice president of the China clothing association, Jiang Hengjie, was the director of the fifth Specialized Committee of down garments and products. He served as deputy executive director, and 14 representatives of Handan, such as snow Chi and Tembo.
