    3. prepare the original template.


    Cut out the outline of the last board to get the original template, and check the original template.


    The method of inspection is to set the sample for the last test.

    The specific procedures are as follows:



    (1) draw the outline line of the original template on the kraft paper, connect the VH line to the front control line, take the VH line's 1:/2 fixed O point, connect the OQ line to make the back height control line.

    (3) trimming the middle line and cutting out the template along the contour line of the periphery, that is to say, the set with the outer arms as the benchmark.

    The set is made of paper to make shoes, and the accuracy of the original template is tested.



    The original template is the basis for designing the half panel of women's shallow shoes. If the original template is accurate, the half panel, the base template, the opening plate and the inner template can be accurately located. If the original template is not accurate, the operation behind it will not be smooth, and it will always be patched up and added to much trouble.



    The paper cover test can save time, labor and save materials, and it is also accurate.

    Because the shoes made of paper can not be stretched arbitrarily, if a part of the problem is immediately reflected, the problem can be eliminated before design.

    4. sample inspection


    The test is done with shoe covers made of paper. The contents are as follows:



    (1) the inspection of the shoe line is to wrap the paper shoes on the shoe last. The V points are aligned and the Q. points are highly aligned. First check the shoe line.

    The shoe line can be naturally attached to the last surface.

    If the shoe line is on both sides or side, it does not stick to the last.

    At this time, the height of the paper shoe set can be adjusted.

    If the QD moves down, it can be attached to the last one.



    (2) the length of the test points the Vo points together, the length of the midline can be observed, and the length of the heel arc can be observed after aligning the q.

    The length error should not exceed 0. 5mm.



    For the length of the shoe inside and outside, it is also necessary to test the length.

    When the point is highly aligned, its position is not necessarily located on the rear arc midline.

    Re adjust the Vo point, paste the flat shoe, so that the QQ drops down naturally, and observe the relationship between the QQ and the rear arc midline.

    In general, the Q. point will move to the side.

    Because the length of the shoe upper is equal inside and outside the model, indicating that the last surface of the bosom is longer, resulting in the movement of Q.

    In the treatment of posterior seam, women's shallow shoes are quite different from those of full shoes.



    The way to solve the problem of incomplete seam seam of women's shallow shoes is to deal with them separately.

    First, measure the difference of the length of the back seam, that is, the distance between the point and the middle line of the back arc.

    The front part: Vo point and back line alignment, observe the bottom of the last two sides of the mouth.

    The general situation is that the model is beyond the bottom, which indicates that the last face of the front part of the heart is narrower than the outer one.

    Record the size and location of the difference. This is the basis for the difference between the inside and outside of the forehand.

    In general, the loss is reduced to 2 to 3mm, and it will increase or equal in special circumstances.



    Middle segment: keep the front and back sides tight and observe the bottom of the waist.

    The general situation is that the model is on the last surface. Record the size and location of the loss. This is the basis for the difference between the bottom and the waist.

    The difference between the inside and outside is bigger. With the difference of height, there will be 3 ~ 4mm, 5 ~ 7mm, 8 ~ lOmm and so on. Generally, the higher the heel is, the greater the difference.


    Posterior segment: under normal circumstances, the bottom of the heel is approximately equal.



    (4) specific problems should be analyzed in the inspection of waist and socket craft seesaw.


    Wrap up the paper upper and smoothen the waist side.

    If the shoe is not deformed, if it can be basically smoothed, it can be done without the waist.

    This phenomenon is mostly on flat last.



    If the shoe is flanking, or the shoe is torn or can not be smoothed under the smoothed condition, it is necessary to add the waist socket craft sedan.

    This phenomenon is mostly found in middle and high heels.

    You can make a cut in the waist area of the set, cut the length close to the shoe line, but do not cut it.
