In the past two years, President Du Yuzhou has personally guided and launched a large industry survey on the basis of industrial clusters at the beginning of each year, and achieved good results.

The investigation will continue this year, organized in March.

The contents of the survey include: the industrial situation in 2009, the current economic performance, the analysis and estimation of this year's situation, the ideas of this year's work, and the problems that need to be reflected to the government.

A group of relevant professional associations, departments and institutions shall be organized to carry out investigation work in different provinces and municipalities.

Do a good review.

Since the pilot work of industrial cluster began in 2001, it has developed to 164 cities, counties and towns, but no reassessment has been carried out.

This time, we need to rename it through reassessment, so as to better grasp the situation of cluster.

The contents of the review are as follows.

1, whether the public service platform in the cluster area has been clearly planned has already started and has achieved results.

3, whether the progress of environmental protection can meet all the requirements.

4, the work and popularization of corporate social responsibility;

5, whether the statistical work is comprehensive and orderly, whether the basic data is mastered or not, and to answer the two sets of data of full caliber enterprises and enterprises above Designated Size;

The reassessment method is divided into three steps. First, a detailed notice is issued and widely publicized in the media. Second, the pilot clusters are self-rated according to the contents of the reassessment, and the evaluation results are submitted to the association. Finally, the Work Committee of the cluster organizes the professional associations and relevant units to investigate in the field.

In the second half of this year, we held a working conference on cluster pilot areas, mainly to let everyone exchange experiences and summarize the situation, and put forward the train of thought for further improving the pilot work of cluster.

Grasp eight specific tasks

Helping enterprises in the clustered area to open up domestic and foreign markets, organizing enterprises to participate in exhibitions organized by associations; four, strengthening scientific and technological extension work in clustered areas, especially energy saving and emission reduction projects, and production, learning and research cooperation projects; five, strengthening the promotion of social responsibility of CSC9000T textile enterprises; six, supporting the personalized work in the pilot areas, such as planning, holding energy saving and emission reduction meetings, holding a forum, going abroad to investigate, introducing talents, training workers, etc.; seven, strengthening the work of ministries and commissions of the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of finance, the Ministry of science and technology, and the Ministry of Commerce, and striving for relevant projects for the industrial cluster areas; and eight, strengthening propaganda efforts in the association media, including textile and clothing weekly, China Textile and China Textile Economic information network. First, continue to help pilot areas to carry out the construction of an innovative public platform with five pillars as the main content; two, to promote the docking of industrial chains among clusters, the docking between industrial clusters and specialized markets; and three, to promote the integration of industrial clusters and specialized markets.

Chen Shujin hoped that the professional associations could cooperate with each other and do well in communication work, focusing on the statistical work of industrial clusters, giving full play to the advantages of the joint fleet and providing a full range of services for industrial clusters.
