Many Executives Involved In Bribery In South China Were Investigated &Nbsp; General Worker Zhang Heping Was Removed From Office.

In June 13th, a number of China Southern Airlines insiders confirmed that Zhang Heping, the former chief engineer of China Southern Airlines and several other executives, were asked to obtain relevant airport routes and flight time resources for investigation through bribery.

On the evening of June 11th, China Southern Airlines announced that it was relieved of its job as chief engineer of Zhang peace because of job changes.

"Flight time is a scarce resource that is hard to obtain."

According to sources, Zhang Heping served as general manager of China Southern Airlines before serving as chief engineer of China Southern Airlines.

It is revealed that Zhang Heping and other South Airlines executives were investigated with the civil aviation charter case that broke out at the end of November 2009.

At the end of November 2009, Pang Hanzhang, general manager of Japan Zhanjiang air travel charter company and Huang Dengke, the former director of the North China Regional Bureau of civil aviation, were investigated.

In May 20th of this year, Zhang Zhizhong, the former chairman of the capital airport group and the former director of the Transport Department of the civil aviation bureau, was arrested for taking bribes at the time of flight approval.

It has been revealed that many executives of southern China's investigation were suspected of using Pang Han Zhang to dredge the relationship and get the right to operate the relevant routes in the form of charter flights, which is not limited to the Beijing market.

China Southern Airlines insiders said that the flight time of the three major airports in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai was the focus of competition among airlines. As of December 2009, the airport throughput of the capital airport had exceeded 60 million passengers, becoming the fourth largest airport in the world. The Shanghai Airport Group's passenger throughput increased by 12% last year.
