Making Women'S Shoes Model

The sample for women's shallow shoes is simpler and more regular.

The model of women's shallow shoes includes basic template, opening material, lining pattern and shoe template.

The method of making is the same as that of full shoes.

In the preparation of half panels, we have carried out the sample inspection to ensure the accuracy of the half panels.

At the same time, the rear arc has been processed, which will not affect the last change.

In the structural design, the difference between the tension and the inside and outside is already included.

The drawing should be changed into a drawing board before drawing the template, and then the template is drawn with the marking board.

Next, take the round shoe as an example to analyze.

1. basic template and material opening template.

The basic template is derived from the contour lines designed by the structural drawing, including the marking of the tension and the rules. See figure 3-2-18.

The raw material is from the redesign of the basic template, which should include the largest amount of processing.

The commonly used processing quantities include:

When the flanging process is applied properly, the amount of hem should be increased to 4.5 ~ 5mm; the shoe will be added 3 to 4mm in the face while using the process of turning over the seam, and the amount of 1.5mm should be increased when turning the seam at the break position, and the amount of stubble should be increased to 8 ~ 9mm when the stubble is applied.

The dashed lines in figure 3-2-18 denote the hem of the shoe and the amount of stubble.

If artificial leather is used, the suture amount of 3mm should be added to the back seam of the shoe. The suture position is at 3mm, so as to prevent edge tear.

2. shoe model

The shoe template should be based on the whole section structure, two segment structure or three segment structure.

The shoe template also comes from the redesign of the basic template, as well as the amount of processing required: the shoe opening and punching edge is 3mm; the rear arc ratio is shorter than that of the surface parts, which is 2, 3 and 5mm at the QQ, D and B points, and 6 ~ 7mm at the bottom; the position of the A point in the midline is descended 2mm; the big stubble in the shoe is added 8 to 9mm, and the small stubble is added to 4 ~ 5mm, see picture 3-2-19.

3. interlining

Lining cloth is a reinforcing material placed behind the vamp, which strengthens the solid performance and setting effect of the shoe, and is also called the buckle cloth and the stereotype cloth.

The design and manufacture of interlining must be determined according to the structure and process requirements of shoes.

Because of the small number of components and simple structure, the addition and subtraction of the lining cloth mainly depends on the thickness, extension, softness and wrinkle process of the surface material. Generally, it can be used as a reference for the overall structure of the shoe upper, with full lining or semi lining.

If the artificial leather and synthetic leather material are used to make the surface, the lining material will be laminated on the fabric because of the large extensibility of the material.

The interlining pattern also comes from the redesign of the basic template, and also requires some processing capacity:

Lining cloth from the mouth to leave a 5mm, do not exceed the edge of the hem; the distance from the middle seam to leave about 4mm, do not affect the processing of the seam; apart from the bottom of the mouth to set the distance between the stretch, do not affect the operation of the bandage; if the Interlinings meet the stubble position, to avoid the amount of stubble, do not affect the seam stubble operation, see figure 3-2-20.

The other female shallow shoe models are basically the same as round shoes, no longer duplicated.

Most of the shoes of women's shallow shoes are nested, and the basic requirements of the design are the same as those of full shoes. But it is relatively simple, and can be seen in Figure 2-33 of the book "modern shoemaking".
