Zhejiang Activities Week 18 Opened &Nbsp; Traditional Folk Art Blossomed.

"Happy urban and rural areas, beautiful homes" - the 18 week of Zhejiang activities in World Expo, Shanghai, will be unveiled on the five day. During the five day activities, folk dance from the grass roots, Jiangnan bamboo and bamboo handicrafts with rich characteristics, folk handicrafts, glamour celadon and Oule will appear in the Expo site. Mao Weitao, the leader of Zhejiang Baiyue Opera Troupe, and other Zhejiang artists will perform on the stage to show the rich cultural heritage and splendid folk art tradition of Zhejiang to the world.

After nearly two years of exhibition activities, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of culture has selected five sets of programs that condensed the achievements of Zhejiang's cultural and arts development from 144 entries, and dedicated to Shanghai Expo Park. In Chunyong Zhejiang - Zhejiang Folk Art Plaza performance, the essence of Zhejiang folk dance is gathered. With the drum, lantern and dragon as the expression of Chinese cultural elements, through the three chapters of "drum rhyme", "lamp sentiment" and "dragon soul", the excellent contents such as "Xiao Jiang Da Gu", "Watertown flower drum", "Xiangshan fishing drum", "Haining flower lantern", "Qingtian fish lantern play Lotus", "Yuhang rolling lights", "Bai Long Dragon", "Fenghua dragon" are arranged in an orderly manner. In the entire 57 minute performance, more than 300 folk actors will use the talent and enthusiasm to explain the artistic charm of "grassroots culture".

In the "Zhejiang wind - Butterfly Spring and autumn folk music special performance", the Zhejiang music and dance troupe folk music Troupe "Butterfly Butterfly Music" will bring a unique "Jiangnan Silk bamboo" and Zhejiang regional customs concert. In the more than 20 countries and regions of Southeast Asia and Southeast Asia, "Butterfly Lovers" will play the happy songs and chanting south of Jiangnan Silk bamboo, flute solo "357", "water village boat song", bamboo music "bamboo language", music and dance "little neon" and other classic tracks, offering a visual and auditory feast for Expo visitors.

The exhibition of Zhejiang handicraft, the traditional handicraft in Zhejiang, focuses on the rich intangible cultural heritage of Zhejiang. Among the 12 national intangible cultural heritage projects, the famous Dongyang woodcarving, Yueqing boxwood carving, Qingtian stone carving and Xiaoshan lace, are traditional folk handicrafts. In the center of the exhibition hall of the Zhejiang Pavilion, a Qingtian stone carving with one person's height is set up, and two giant lake pits nearly two meters long are hung at the main entrance. 32 Kashi stone lanterns and Changxin blinds, and Xianju boneless lanterns hang over the exhibition hall. As the "mobile" stage of the provincial and municipal activities week, the Zhejiang week tour starts tomorrow with a warm atmosphere and gorgeous colors. In the folk art parade, "dragon butterfly", "Haining lantern", "Lantern month Hui Hui", "nine color dragon", "nine lion pictures", "Yuhang rolling lights", "Bai Long Dragon", "Qingtian fish lantern", "Pujiang meet" and so on, 10 items vie with each other. Among them, "Haining Lantern Dance", a group of innocent young girls in the south of the Yangtze River, carrying their own "Haining lanterns", gaily greet the lights, watch lights, enjoy lanterns, play lights and make lights. More than 800 years of history, "Yuhang rolling lights", dance, skills, sports in one, 9 sets of 27 performances, showing the outstanding creativity of Zhejiang folk dance. It is understood that all performances in the Zhejiang parade show were awarded awards at the national and international competitions, and the performance and artistry complement each other.

In the "Yuefeng porcelain rhyme - Yue Kiln celadon and Oule special performance", the audience can enjoy the bright pearl of the history of Chinese music, Yue Kiln celadon and Ou music. In this unique concert dedicated by the Cixi celadon art ensemble, all the musical instruments are made of ceramic clay. In their performance, the ancient musical instruments such as porcelain, Porcelain Bell, porcelain and bird whistle are reborn and perfectly displayed the magic charm of celadon music.

Reporters learned that, in order to fully demonstrate Zhejiang's folklore, customs and people's feelings, more than 50% of the actors in Zhejiang's activity week show came from the farmers' artists of more than 20 counties in 11 cities of the province. Many of them came to World Expo for the first time on stage. And with the artistic talent of these ordinary farmers, a group of Zhejiang artists, including Mao Weitao, the three Plum Blossom Prize winner, will come to the Expo site to stage a show and bring a new version of the classic "Shaoxing opera".
