For the labor-intensive industries such as textile industry, the labor force is an important factor determining the settlement of enterprises.

The garment factory in Hechuan is expected to absorb 1000 people.

Kaixian is a large county with millions of people. It has considerable strength to develop labor-intensive industries.

Kaixian has 500 thousand people working in the field, in fact 200 thousand people engaged in garment processing industry, Peng chief said: "Kaixian has increased the emphasis on the textile and garment industry, and will become one of the 5 pillar industries in the county. The industrial chain will be more than ten billion yuan, and will become the largest garment industry base in Chongqing."

"We hope that there will be more textile end products enterprises in Chongqing in the future, focusing on the development of clothing (including knitted garments), home textiles, industrial textiles, knitted, chemical fiber and new textile fiber materials, so that the total economic output of Chongqing's textile and clothing will double on the basis of existing 3~5 years, and 80 thousand to 100 thousand new jobs will be added," said the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce.

Talent information is the limiting factor.

Feng Tao said, "the scientific research capability of Chongqing textile industry is still slightly worse than that of the coastal areas. We have been working with Shanghai East China University to develop products. We are now only producing gray fabric, dyeing and finishing of fabrics, processing of garments, Chongqing, high-grade fabric production, product development, design, sales and so on, or in Shanghai."

Chongqing authorities are aware of the difficulties they face: first, the textile and garment industry, in general, has a small total volume and a weak foundation, which accounts for less than 0.5% of the total textile economic gross in the whole country. Textile is mainly made of primary products such as yarns and grey fabrics, and the industrial structure is in urgent need of adjustment and upgrading.

Textile and garment industry has a series of processing links such as spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, finishing and so on. There are also garment accessory production items such as zippers, buttons and leather goods, as well as high value added industrial textiles for pportation, medical treatment and so on. This is a complete industrial cluster.

Feng Tao said: "what the enterprise cares most is the industrial atmosphere.

As far as Chongqing is concerned, it is hard to say that there are formed industrial clusters in the form of production, matching and market.

For enterprises, there are industrial clusters. People in the industry are easy to get together and get the key first-hand information, so that they can better understand the development of enterprises and enterprises are competitive.

He suggested that the government could invest in the textile market segments so as to form a complete cluster supporting capability in the industrial park.

The clothing industry is one of the most important chains in the textile industry. The clothing industry is also a manifestation of cultural creativity. People in the industry believe that the brand of clothing enterprises is more important than the capacity.

Under a strong clothing brand, there are several leading enterprises, which will further promote the development of industrial clusters.

Feng Tao said: "what our company needs now is to increase the intensity of brand building. We need national support in expanding brand awareness and increasing the number of direct outlets."

In the "textile industry restructuring and revitalization plan", it is mentioned that "special projects in new central investment should be set up to strengthen technological pformation and independent brand building."

"The state has not yet set up this special project, so all localities have not received any practical support," said the Chongqing Municipal Commission of letters.

The textile industry is an export earning foreign exchange industry. In recent years, a considerable part of the textile and clothing imported from Wanzhou and Kaixian districts has been exported.

However, compared with the coastal areas, the weakness of Chongqing is still obvious. Logistics is a factor.

According to the relevant committee of the Chongqing Commission, "the main reason why Chongqing's textile and apparel exports are very few is not too far from the sea entrance. Rather, most of our textile and garment enterprises lack the channels, information and talents for export, and lack the export competitiveness of their products."

Therefore, in order to develop textile and garment export in Chongqing, it is more important to introduce enterprises, introduce talents and channel construction, and further strengthen the industrial chain's improvement and matching construction.
