    Open High Boots

    The frame diagram of open high tube men's boots is usually expressed by outer ear frame. The method of erecting frame diagram is the same as that of semi closed frame diagram, but the data selected are different.



    The size of the open wrist boot frame should be based on open structure data.

    Let's take men's boots as an example.

    The width of the wrist is chosen from the data of the open structure.



    The position of the half panel is determined by using rectangular coordinates and three point positioning, and then the height of the wrist, calf and knee is cut off on the vertical shaft.

    Note that the width of the wrist is thinner, because the outer ear type shoes have larger opening and closing functions.



    Make the rear arc, set the T point, and measure the width of the wrist at T1 point.

    As shown in figure 5-3-6, the open frame diagram can be used to directly design the outer ear high boots.

    The boot consists of eye protection strips, guard bars, rear reinforcement bars, and rear luggage heels.

    There are 15 shoe eyes, the lower part is assembled with gas eye, and the upper part is assembled with shoes.

    T1 high 130/ width 120~125


    T2 high 305/ width 185


    T3 high 360/ width 175



    First, the frame diagram of the high boots is designed, the front contour of the boot is designed, the width of the knee and the width of the leg are found, and the rear arc contour and the cylinder mouth contour are designed.



    Note that the height of the boot is 360mm, which is close to the width of the leg.

    When the width of the knee width and the width of the belly belly are unchanged, the tube will shrink too tightly, and the width of the knee can be widened properly, so that the boot can be more harmonious.



    Similarly, in the 120mm design of the wrist, if the rear arc is too narrow, it can also adjust the width of 5mm.

    2. design of inner ear high tube boots


    In the design of inner ear high tube boots, an open frame diagram is first drawn.



    As shown in Fig. 5-3-7, this is a frame diagram represented by the outer ear structure. Only a slight change can be made when designing the inner ear boot.

    The design of inner ear high tube boots is shown in figure 5-3-8.


    The selected design parameters are as follows:


    T1 high 120/ width 115


    T2 high 280/ width 165


    T3 high 330/ width 155


    The size of the T is adjusted.



    As shown in figure 5-3-8, the outer ear structure is removed, and a smooth curve is formed from the boot tube to the instep, which is the front line of the inner ear boot.

    Then draw the structure of the former Baotou and Chang Zhong Gang according to the design method of the three head shoes.

    Split the back package and components at the back end.

    The upper end of the boot has the difference between the inside and outside, and the rear end is connected with the rear arc.

    Because the height of the boot is very close to the height of the leg, the width of the cylinder is properly widened to make the upper and lower coordination.



    The width line of the front end slightly inclines inward.

    Design the mouth guard components, and locate 11 eye positions and false lines.

    The distance between the feet above the wrist should be increased appropriately.



    The tongue is longer and the figure is expressed in broken line.

    The length of the tongue is based on the length of the eye line, and the rear end should be widened to avoid shaking.
