Fabric fiber

We use the PorelTM fiber, which is developed by our company jointly with Donghua University. The PorelTM fiber has 5 kinds of excellent characteristics. It has the advantages of lightness, breathability, soft handle, cold and heat balance, moisture absorption, quick drying, anti pilling, anti static, easy to handle and so on. It has been recognized and favored by well-known enterprises such as the red bean group, the third group and the YOUNGOR group.

The tissue was woven on a circular knitting machine.

This fabric is smooth, clear, fine texture, smooth handle, good extensibility, good moisture absorption and breathability.

The cloth is alternately arranged by the front coil and the reverse coil. Due to the elastic relationship between the bending yarns, the coil is tilted, the circle arc is protruded outside, the ring columns are sunken, and the reverse side appears to be the reverse side of the weft knitted fabric from the appearance of the fabric.

This fabric weighs 250 grams per square Mick, and its anti pilling properties reach 3~4 grade. It has the functions of cold and heat balance, moisture absorption and quick drying. It is commonly used to make T-shirts, sportswear and so on.

Double bead cloth

32S PorelTM fiber and combed cotton blended yarn are used as raw materials, and the ring stitch is woven on the big circular knitting machine. On some coils of the knitted fabric, besides the enclosed old coil, there are also one or several suspended arc patterns, which can form the flower color effect of various structures.

The weight of the fabric is 182 grams per square Mick, and its anti pilling properties reach 3~4 grade. It has the characteristics of high sweat absorption, fast liquid water conduction, fast evaporation of gas sweat, and dry and comfortable.

PorelTM fiber, with its hollow structure, makes the fibers more fluffy and porous, and can also contain more air, forming a unique thermal insulation system and increasing the thermal insulation properties of fabrics.

At the same time, the flexible group is introduced, and the handle is soft. After many process parameters optimization, PorelTM fiber has excellent anti pilling properties.

This fiber and cotton blended yarn have the moisture absorption and sweat perspiration of PorelTM fiber, and also absorb the skin affinity of cotton.
