A few days ago, Jiangsu Lian FA cotton spinning Co., Ltd. carried out a comprehensive pformation of the 6 air-conditioners in the spinning workshop, and passed the on-site test and acceptance. All indexes of energy saving, temperature and humidity met the requirements.
The acceptance data show that the electricity saving rate reaches an average of 26.5%.
The HV-600 textile air conditioning and energy saving intelligent control system adopted by this pformation is independently developed by Hawke Wei Shi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. of Changzhou Hongda Technology Group. It is a leading domestic level.
The system has broken through the bottleneck of multi parameter and high precision control technology. By controlling, regulating, monitoring the outdoor air, indoor air, ground return air and process return air, the air conditioning in the workshop is always in the ideal state. The expert system of D-Ctrl 6000 System is used in the system, and the optimal operation data is calculated with the on-site sensor, pmitter and optimization control algorithm.
Through on-site execution system, timely adjust the fan motor, pump motor, valve opening and new return air ratio, and make full use of suitable outdoor air to get the best air conditioning and energy saving effect. Overcoming the errors caused by human factors can ensure the ideal process conditions and save energy. It can realize autonomous control according to the weather conditions and production process changes. The field temperature measurement error is less than or equal to 1.5 degrees C, the humidity error is less than or equal to 2%, which meets the requirements of the workshop's high precision temperature and humidity, and improves the yarn quality.
The intelligent control system of air conditioning energy saving has greatly saved energy consumption, prolonged equipment life, reduced equipment maintenance cost, saved production cost, and played an important role in energy saving and emission reduction for enterprises by intelligent optimization control.
