7, each series of entries must be filled and submitted in accordance with the following requirements:

　　
(1) submit the original color sheet of 27cm*40cm specifications, and all works must be painted on the same effect picture. The effect picture can be drawn by hand or by computer, but it can not replace the effect picture with the copy of the work picture or the effect picture. If the effect picture is too large or reduced and is not painted on the same effect map, it will be deemed invalid.
