CFDA Fashion Awards New York Unveiled &Nbsp; &Nbsp; Mark Jakob Won The Highest Award.
In June 7th, the American fashion designer Council (CFDA) fashion award was presented at the Alice Tully Concert Hall in Lincoln center, New York. The award for the event, the designer Mark Jakob of the year, was awarded by the American actress Jessiica Biel. The American film star Anthony Mackay presented the annual men's wear designer award. The award was won by the designer of the American Cowboy brand Rag&Bone and Mark Thwainwright (MarcusWainwright) and David Neville (DavidNeville); and AlexisBittar took home the award for the best designer of the year. This year is the ninth year of SWAROVSKI sponsorship awards.

British fashionable fashion personel, arisen bell and Ed Westwi, have presented 3 SWAROVSKI awards, which are set up to reward and recognize emerging genius designers. The SWAROVSKI women's wear award was awarded to Wu Jigang (JasonWu); the SWAROVSKI men's wear award was awarded to Richard Cai (RichardChai); the SWAROVSKI accessories design prize winner was Alexander Wang (AlexanderWang). Winners of each category will receive financial support from SWAROVSKI and opportunities to design cooperation with the company.
Designer combination of Rag & Bone
The GeoffreyBeene lifetime achievement award was presented to the famous American designer Michael Kos (MichaelKors) by Anna Wintour, editor in chief of fashion magazine American edition.
Finally, the famous British designer Alexxandre MacQeen (Alexander McQueen) was awarded a special contribution award by the designer Council for her contribution to international fashion. The award was awarded by American actress Sarah Jessica Parker. To this end, the grand prize site also designed a tribute link. The models wore the last 16 costumes of Alexander's life, and they were displayed on stage made of clothes and crystal lamps. The stage design was completed by Toni prize winner stage designer Te Paaske (Scott Pask). This is the first time that this series has been fully appreciated since it was first shown in fashion week in Paris in March 2010.

Christopher Bailey, chief designer of Christopher, Burberry, was awarded the annual international award, which was awarded by American designer Donna Karen. Eleanor Lambert (Eleanor Lambert, the late American fashion publicist) award was presented by Caroline Kennedy, the US political figure. The winner was fashion director Tony Goodman (Tonne Goodman) of fashion. Kim Heistlett, the founder editor and publisher of paper magazine, won the Eugenia Sheppard Award for her excellent performance in fashion reporting, and was presented by actor Brooke Sheard. Italy fashion star Isabella Rossellini presented the fashion icon award to black supermodel Iman (Iman).

In addition, the current CFDA awards also show concern for fashion design education, awarding 3 design scholarship awards.
This year is also the second most popular award, and voted by the official website of the women's wear daily. The public voted the most votes to Ralph Lauren (Ralph Lauren). {page_break}
