"Opinions" pointed out that the business departments at all levels will improve the service and management system, improve the legal and standard system, improve the trading environment, foster market players, expand the online shopping area, standardize the trading behavior, promote the development of online shopping, meet the needs of consumers, strive to reach the end of the year 12th Five-Year, and the volume of online shopping reaches 5% of the total retail sales of consumer goods in China, and some of the areas where e-commerce develops earlier has reached 10%.
