Recently, the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of quality and technology supervision carried out supervision and spot checks on 20 batches of garments produced by 19 enterprises. 10 batches of products were qualified, and the qualified rate of sampling was 50%. Some enterprises produced products with poor pH value, which easily caused allergic symptoms such as skin pruritus and so on, thus jeopardizing people's health.

The most unqualified enterprises are private enterprises.

According to the briefing, the 20 batch of garments produced by 19 enterprises in Shenyang were surveyed. Among them, 10 batches of products were qualified, and the pass rate of sampling was 50%, which was 5 percentage points lower than that in 2009.

The qualified rate of physical quality is 90%.

Relevant person in charge told reporters that the focus of the 2009 provincial and municipal supervision of the 13 enterprises failed to check the spot checks again, including: 13 enterprises, 2 were discontinued, another 2 enterprises from the Liaoning provincial Fiber Inspection Institute for spot checks; Shenyang for 9 enterprises, 9 batches of products for supervision and spot checks, 3 batches of qualified products, the sample pass rate of 33.4%.

The unqualified items are the product identification, the unqualified mark accounts for 80% of the total spot checks, and the unqualified enterprises are mostly private enterprises.

In the unqualified items, the name and address of the manufacturer are not marked in the clothing instruction of individual enterprises, or the address of the manufacturer is not in conformity with the actual address. There is no marking and no washing method marking. Some enterprises perform the invalid production standard, and the product is not manufactured at the same level, and the product safety category is not marked.

Excessive pH value endangering health

Quality supervision personnel told reporters that in this random inspection, the product of Tong trousers produced by Fu Peng garment factory in Shenyang has not been identified, and the pH value is not qualified.

The current market clothing labels can not see the detailed pH value and formaldehyde content, consumers want to buy clothes can only rely on sensory and experience to determine whether these two indicators are qualified.

The relevant departments are revising the national standard of clothing labels, putting the pH value and formaldehyde content into the index, which can better safeguard the safety of consumers.
