Lanxi'S Textile Industry Is Growing Well.

In the first 5 months of this year, the output value of Lanxi Yunshan Textile Co., Ltd. increased by 19.86% compared with the same period last year, while profits and taxes increased by 40.88% and 78.2% respectively.

There are 300 air-jet looms in a weaving workshop at "Yunma mountain", but only two air-conditioners are equipped, and the equipment configuration and technological process reach the most reasonable state.

In the textile industry, the power consumption of the general rice cloth folding mark is 17 kwh, while the "Yunshan mountain" only 12 kilowatt hours, the energy consumption has dropped by 30%, achieving a win-win situation of saving energy and reducing consumption and increasing efficiency.

In recent years, the Lanxi municipal Party committee and the municipal government have made use of the brand carrier of "weaving famous city", while increasing their publicity efforts, they have adopted a tilt policy to encourage enterprises to update their equipment and promote pformation and upgrading.

In 2006, the company introduced 280 air-jet looms, specializing in the production of cotton elastic fabric, and the scale of production reached 200 million yuan. Last year, Zhejiang JAL Mei Textile Co., Ltd. planned to introduce 304 air-jet looms in the two phase of the last two projects. At the end of this year, the total amount of air-jet looms can reach 584 units.

There are good products and large scale of production and marketing. Businessmen from all over the country, suppliers of raw materials and accessories and textile talents are coming. All the famous brand cotton mills in the country have set up supply points in Lanxi. Due to the large volume of wholesale, the price of ton yarn is much cheaper than that of other domestic markets, which directly reduces the production cost of enterprises, and improves the competitiveness of the market. At the same time, it also creates conditions for enterprises to increase efficiency and speed up their development.

According to the introduction, from 2005 to 2009, the output value, profits and taxes of the textile industry increased by 1.73 times, 7.4 times and 1.12 times respectively, and the above scale enterprises increased from 67 to 171, of which 21 of the output value exceeded four yuan.

In the first 5 months of this year, the growth rate remained unchanged. The output value and profits and taxes of the whole industry and above scale enterprises in the textile industry increased by 35.96%, 67.2% and 35.96%, 66.26%, respectively, and became the first and fastest growing industry in Lanxi.
