Zhili town

Located in the northern part of Zhejiang Province, the eastern part of Wuxing District of Huzhou City, north by Taihu, the 318 National Highway and the Shen Su Zhe Wan Expressway pass through the border, and the distance from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing and other major cities is about one hundred or two hundred kilometers away.

In the past, Zhili town was named for its flourishing weaving industry.

Zhili town is a new small city rapidly emerging after the reform and opening up. It was listed as the first pilot town of small towns in 95 years. In 2002, it was named "China's children's clothing town" by the China Textile Industry Association and the China clothing association in 2002. It was designated as the national key town by the Ministry of construction in 2004. In 2005, it was awarded the title of "national civilized town". In 2009, it was named the "Chinese brand cashmere dress town" by the China Textile Industry Association, the China clothing association and the China Wool Textile Association.

At present, Zhili town has become one of the most developed industries in Zhejiang Province, the most active private economy, the highest degree of marketization, the fastest economic growth, the richest people's lives and the most abundant labor pfer. It is a strong economic town in Huzhou, a famous town for children's wear and a major market force. It is also a hot spot for the development and vitality of the South Bank of Taihu.

Children's clothing industry

It is the largest industry in Zhili town and the most distinctive industry in the city.

In the late 70s and early 80s, the children's wear industry started from the family workshop. With the development of nearly 30 years, it became the largest production base for children's clothing in China.

At present, there are as many as more than 11400 children's clothing manufacturers in the whole town. The children's clothing production and wholesale market, cotton fabric market, excipient market, joint consignment market and labor market are distributed in the town area. About 200000 people specialize in the production, processing and sales of children's clothing, forming a complete basic industrial chain from children's clothing design, processing, production to information, logistics, surface accessories, computer embroidery, printing, and so on, and become a linkage and complementary children's clothing industrial cluster.

In order to protect and give play to the enthusiasm of the majority of children's clothing enterprises to increase investment, expand scale and create brands, the Zhili town government has increased targeted guidance and support efforts, and tilted the land and tax policies as far as possible.
