Jiangxi Textile Industry Has Achieved Remarkable Results In Eliminating Backward Products.

The introduction of the readjustment and revitalization plan of the textile industry has brought development opportunities to the textile industry in Jiangxi.

In 2009, the above scale enterprises in Jiangxi textile industry completed the industrial added value (current price) of 15 billion yuan, an increase of 22.95% over the same period last year, and realized the main business income of 59 billion yuan, an increase of 31.11% over the same period last year. The total profits and taxes were 4 billion yuan, an increase of 73.91% over the same period last year, of which profits were 2 billion 558 million yuan, up 96.77% over the same period, and textile and clothing exports 1 billion 558 million dollars, an increase of 12.7% over the same period last year.

In the first quarter of this year, the textile industry in Jiangxi continued to grow at a high speed. Enterprises above Designated Size completed an industrial added value of 4 billion 246 million yuan, an increase of 62.99% over the same period last year. The main business income was 16 billion 258 million yuan, an increase of 61% over the same period last year. The total profits and taxes were 1 billion 180 million yuan, an increase of 101% over the same period last year, including 768 million yuan profit, an increase of 135.58% over the same period last year, and textile and clothing exports 363 million dollars, an increase of 34.4% over the same period last year.

Obvious effects of industrial restructuring

Facing the challenge of the international financial crisis, Jiangxi textile enterprises actively adjust the industrial structure and accelerate the pformation of development mode.

A group of brand enterprises such as Jiangxi co Qing duck duck (Group) company, Jiangxi Hui Yuan Clothing Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Lutong silk branch industry Co., Ltd., Jiangxi NDA Home Textile Co., Ltd. have intensified their research and development efforts, actively readjust their product structure, and do everything possible to improve the market share of the products.

A number of export enterprises such as Jiangxi Jin Yuan Textile Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Huafu Textile Co., Ltd., Nanchang Huaxing Knitting Industry Co., Ltd., Nanchang successful Garment Co., Ltd., while stabilizing old customers, are actively developing new markets to keep export business stable.

Chemical fiber enterprises such as Sai Deli (Jiangxi) Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi State Bridge Industrial Co., Ltd., actively seized the development opportunities, vigorously developed differentiated and functional products, and achieved better business performance in the year of crisis.

Driven by the key textile and garment enterprises in the province, the structural adjustment of Jiangxi's textile industry has made three major achievements. First, the ownership structure has been constantly optimized, and the non-state-owned economy has become the leading force in the development of the industry.

By the end of 2009, the number of non-state-owned Textile Enterprises above the whole industry accounted for 96% of the total industry, and the total non-state-owned economy accounted for over 90% of the whole industry, of which clothing and knitting accounted for more than 96%.

The whole industry has basically formed a good pattern of the common development of cotton spinning, knitting, chemical fiber, linen and silk industry as the leading garment industry.

In 2009, the three indicators of industrial added value, main business income and total profits and taxes of clothing, cotton spinning and knitting industries accounted for 90%, 86.3% and 87.5% of the textile industry of the province respectively.

In order to promote the development of textile and garment industry, Jiangxi's four major textile and garment industrial bases mainly rely on small and medium-sized enterprises, constantly strengthening their own agglomeration effect.

In 2009, the four largest textile and garment industrial bases at the provincial level accounted for more than 30% of the total textile industry.

In the first quarter of this year, with the global economic situation recovering, the four provincial textile industrial bases showed a rapid growth trend.

In the first quarter, the realization of the main business income of the Qingcheng down garment industrial base was 1 billion 36 million yuan, an increase of 58.57% compared with the same period last year, and the total profits and taxes were 73 million 920 thousand yuan, an increase of 61.9% compared with the same period last year. The knitting clothing industrial base in Qingshan Lake area achieved 2 billion 810 million yuan in the main business, an increase of 30.4% over the same period last year, and the total profits and taxes were 260 million yuan, up 67% over the same period last year. The textile industry base in Fengxin county achieved 732 million yuan of main business income, an increase of 34.53% over the same period last year, and the total profit and tax volume was 76 million 820 thousand yuan, up by last year.

The Qinggong city open development zone takes advantage of the down garment industry, striving to improve the R & D design level, and constantly extending the industrial chain, so as to reduce the operating costs of the enterprises in the base.

Jiangxi Jinxing textile company invested 500 million yuan to build 200 thousand spindles compact spinning project in the city of Qingdao city. It is now advancing and is expected to be completed and put into operation in the year.

The project has introduced the whole process of the Swiss Lida textile machinery, and has filled the blanks of the compact spinning project in Jiangxi.

Jiangxi Communist Youth duck group (Group) invested 300 million yuan in Jiangxi common duck duck industry innovation base project has been basically completed, the first phase of the project workshop has been opened.

In September last year, Fengxin county was awarded the title of "China's new textile industry base" by the China Textile Industry Association.

Fengxin has only been used for more than 6 years from textile small county to provincial textile industrial base and then to China's new textile industrial base. Even in the face of great difficulties in the textile industry, it has achieved rapid development in 2009.

This has a high starting point with the equipment of Fengxin textile industry (the ratio of automatic winder reaches 65.5%, which is 38.5 percentage points higher than the average level of the whole province). The scale of the cotton spinning industry is large (the scale of cotton spinning has reached 750 thousand spindles, accounting for 40% of the cotton spinning scale of the whole province), and the development characteristics of backbone enterprises supporting strong are inseparable.

Nanchang Qingshan Lake knitted garment industrial base mainly produces knitted garments, and production is not ideal in the first quarter of last year.

Following the introduction of the textile revitalization plan, the enterprises in the base actively promoted the emerging market in Nanchang, such as Huaxing Knitting Industry Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Hengsheng Clothing Co., Ltd., and the annual production continued to grow steadily.

In 2009, the main income of textile and garment industry in Qingshan Lake area was 12 billion 428 million yuan, an increase of 21.85% over the same period last year, and 544 million yuan in profits and taxes, an increase of 341.87% over the same period last year.

The conditions for industrial acceptance are maturing.

Encouraging the central and western regions to actively create conditions to undertake the pfer of textile and garment industry is an important part of the textile industry readjustment and revitalization plan, and the rapid development of Jiangxi's textile and garment industry in recent years is also benefited from industrial undertaking.

Statistics show that in 2009, Jiangxi textile industry added 96 Enterprises above Designated Size, including 37 new garments and knitwear, and 13 new cotton textiles.

In order to seize the favorable opportunity for the pfer of textile and garment industry, Jiangxi relies on the four provincial industrial bases and 41 textile characteristic parks to vigorously carry out industrial investment, and actively do all supporting work.

For example, Ganzhou has focused on the training of labor force and the supporting policies. In Nanchang, Jiujiang and other places, due to the lack of specialized textile market, the local government has made great efforts to promote the construction of textile specialized market, so as to help textile enterprises reduce procurement costs. The 1 billion 500 million international garment industry and Trade City, which is investing in the open area of Qingdao City, is stepping up construction. The goal is to build the largest textile and garment accessories and feather products market in the central region. Fengxin County, in order to further extend the industrial chain, improve the comprehensive operation efficiency and core competitiveness of the industry, actively promote the construction of centralized control zone for printing and dyeing.

All this marks the maturity of Jiangxi's textile industry pfer.

In August 20th last year, the national textile industry pfer conference was held in Fengxin, Jiangxi. Wu Xinxiong, governor of Jiangxi Province, made an important instruction for Jiangxi to undertake conditional, advantageous and effective pfer of textile industry. Jiangxi's industrial base and key park were also docking with 21 famous foreign enterprises, such as Ordos, Bosideng, jliya and red bean.

China's first industrial pfer conference held jointly by the government, industry associations and enterprises was held in Jiangxi. It is an affirmation of Jiangxi's undertaking of the textile industry pfer. It also indicates that Jiangxi's textile industry will take the lead in the future industrial undertaking.
