At the ceremony, Xu Wenying said that in order to improve the international competitiveness of China's cotton textile industry as soon as possible, the China Cotton Textile Industry Association encourages enterprises to adjust their product structure, and shift from the key development of pure cotton products to a variety of fiber products, cellulose fibers, a variety of functional and differential chemical fiber blending and weaving.
To this end, since 2007, the Chinese cotton textile industry association has decided to establish "China cotton textile product quality base" and "China cotton textile special products production base", to guide enterprises to make fine products and make special products in order to improve the differentiation level of gauze products in cotton spinning industry.
Changle is the fastest growing area in China's cotton textile industry in recent years.

More than 4 million spindles, viscose yarns, polyester staple yarns and so on are all well known in the whole country.
Fujian Huayuan Textile Company is a leading enterprise and star enterprise in Changle, with a spindle scale of 300 thousand spindles, mainly producing conventional pure polyester series, viscose yarn series and all kinds of blended yarn, as well as high value-added functional and differential fiber yarns, such as far-infrared (nano scale) yarn, moisture absorbent and sweating yarn and flame retardant yarn.
The evaluation group of the China Cotton Textile Industry Association has conducted the qualification examination and field evaluation of the company, and concluded that the Changle Huayuan Textile Company is in line with the conditions of the "production base of China's cotton textile specialty products". Changle Huayuan Textile Company has become the first enterprise in China to win the Title of "China national cotton textile special product production base".
Previously, 4 cotton textile enterprises have won the title of "China cotton textile product quality base".
Xu Wenying hopes that Huayuan Textile Company will not only make the viscose fiber yarn fine, make its own characteristics, but also make the brand to shoulder the important task of leading the industry development after becoming the "China viscose yarn special product production base".
Chen Zongli, chairman of Huayuan Textile Company, said at the awarding ceremony that the company will take the title of "China viscose yarn special products production base" as a new starting point, and increase the R & D and innovation strength of viscose yarn series products.
