Yesterday, Liang Jiachi, director general of Guangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau, told an exclusive interview with our reporter that Guangzhou has spent nearly 30 million years supporting the development of standard development by enterprises and institutions to reach RMB $30 million. At present, Guangzhou adopts international standards or advanced foreign standards (hereinafter referred to as "bid standard"), and its products are mainly in key industries such as petrochemicals, automobiles, motorcycles, machinery and electronics, building materials and so on. The total volume of enterprise's bid marks ranks first in the province for the first time in a row.

According to Liang Jiachi, director of Guangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau, the implementation plan of Guangzhou standardization strategy (2009 - 2012) was integrated into 18 functional departments last year.

In the past two years, the municipal and district governments have invested 30 million yuan in supporting enterprises and institutions to participate in the development of national and industrial standards. This has further enhanced the enthusiasm of enterprises and institutions to participate in the development of standards.

In 2009, the quality supervision department organized and promulgated 29 Guangzhou local technical specifications, which involved various fields such as municipal administration, home economics, pension, commerce and trade, food safety of Asian Games, and so on, providing basic guarantee for economic and social development.

The total price of enterprises in Guangzhou is ahead of the province.

Standardization should be done in one hand and standard in the other.

Liang Jiachi said that last year, a total of 141 enterprises in the city 260 products for the bid, basically covering the relevant industries of large and medium-sized backbone enterprises and major products.

The total number of enterprises adopting international standards and advanced foreign standards has ranked first in the province for six consecutive years.

At present, Guangzhou's products are mainly concentrated in petrochemical industry, automobile and motorcycle, machinery and electronics, building materials, light industry textile, food and beverage, and other key industries.

Through the adoption of bid, enterprises have made great achievements in improving technology and quality level, building brand, enhancing competitiveness and enhancing economic efficiency.

For example, the Baiyun Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. of Guangzhou achieves the international advanced level through the adoption of the bid, and the performance of its products, especially the high-end products, has reached or even surpassed that of the famous international brands in many respects. Its products (sealants) have been successfully applied in major projects such as the Pearl River New Town West Tower project, breaking the monopoly of the domestic high-end market by foreign products.

First of all, we should cooperate with the development and implementation of environmental protection standards, organize the compilation of the local thermal energy testing rules of industrial boilers and the guidelines for water treatment of industrial boilers, and organize the development of local technical specifications such as elevator energy efficiency measurement method and elevator energy efficiency grade, and provide technical basis for energy conservation and emission reduction through standardized means.

At the same time, we should guide energy saving products manufacturers to participate in the revision of national standards and industrial standards.

On the implementation of enterprise standard products, on the one hand, do a good job in the review of the record standards, reflect energy saving indicators; on the other hand, do a good job in the supervision and inspection of standards and the cleaning up of enterprise standards, and ensure that enterprises strictly organize production according to standards.
