Li Guoen, director of the Vitas, said that the company will invest 1 trillion 100 billion shields in 2010 to upgrade the production technology and production capacity of the industry, organize the supply and marketing of raw materials and accessories for domestic textile garments, and strive to attract investment and development to enhance the self-control rate.
