Taiwan authorities "standards"

In the 2 quarter of 2010, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of quality and technical supervision conducted special supervision and spot checks on the quality of children's shoes produced and sold in the city.

A total of 31 batches of products were inspected and 3 batches were rejected.

The main problems are free formaldehyde, decomposition of harmful aromatic amine dyes, sensory quality, odor, peel strength, wear resistance, hardness of outsole, hook hardness, lining and pad color fastness to rubbing.

Wenzhou Bureau of industry and commerce carries out special quality monitoring of the products sold in children's shoes, clothing, shopping malls, wholesale markets and exclusive stores.

A total of 99 batches of children's wear and children's shoes were selected. 42 batches of children were disqualified, including 31 batches of children's wear and 11 batches of children's shoes.

Children foot

On June 1, children's day, a primary school in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, carried out footprint analysis and examination for 1282 students in the school. The results showed that nearly 7 of the students had foot flatfoot phenomenon in various degrees, and the flat foot was easy to fatigue. Severe cases also caused plantar fasciitis and X shaped legs, which were very low back pain, knee pain, spur and other sequelae.

For example, shoes with too soft soles have poor shock absorption function and are not easy to stabilize their shoes.

Quality inspectors pointed out that "o-phthalate two" is a chemical substance that interferes with the endocrine of organisms. The standard content limit should not exceed 0.1%, otherwise it will make the male feminine and increase the risk of breast cancer in women.

The steel hook is installed on the waist part between the leather sole and the outer middle sole, which acts as a "girder", supporting and keeping the overall shape of the shoe. The unqualified hook will cause the overall deformation of the leather shoes, wearing instability, and even serious injuries, such as sprain and fall.
