Adidas Wants To Win First Place In Chinese Market

The reporter learned that vigorously advertising is one of the marketing moves of Adidas this year. It also includes the opening of the world's largest flagship store in Sanlitun, Beijing, and the organization of long distance running activities in Beijing. Adidas's official website carries out online interactive activities such as "realizing Olympic dream".
Adidas's marketing promotion measures within 100 days of the Olympic countdown invariably point to the same goal - to achieve the first share of China's frequent occupancy.
Adidas global president Haina has made no secret of this goal: "I hope that through the opportunity of the Beijing Olympic Games, the market share of China will be the first in 2008."
According to reporters, Adidas currently maintains 3-4 stores per day in China.
Haina also told reporters that by the 2008 Olympic Games, Adidas hopes to have 5000 stores in China.
According to the briefing, Adidas's marketing campaign this year will be "to carry out the Olympic Games to the end" and to infiltrate Olympic elements into every detail of Adidas's product promotion.
In June this year, Adidas's biggest flagship store in the world will be sold in Sanlitun, Beijing. This action also shows its determination to win the first market share in China.
Previously, the world's largest Adidas flagship store was set up in the UK.
