Industrial upgrading and upgrading project is the top priority of Shaoxing County Environmental Protection Bureau this year.
The Bureau strengthened the environmental access control, strictly controlled the "two high one capital" project approval, and strictly environmental protection "three simultaneous" acceptance.
At the same time, we should strengthen environmental law enforcement supervision, strengthen online monitoring efforts, take inspection, direct inspection and inspection forms to achieve strict normalization of key areas, key river basins and key enterprises.
According to the latest bulletin of Shaoxing County Environmental Protection Bureau, as of the end of June, the Bureau has made administrative penalties for 55 illegal sewage enterprises, and made decisions on 5 enterprises' deadline management (stop production regulation), and closed down 11 illegal printing and dyeing enterprises.
The bureau also accelerated the elimination of backward production capacity in the printing and dyeing industry through various measures such as stopping approval projects and raising floatation charges, so as to make environmental capacity for regional sustainable development.
So far, 308 production facilities of 5 enterprises have been eliminated.
