"Ice hemp" is a kind of

knitting

Fabric for clothing.

It is made of 70% viscose filament yarn and 30% nylon yarn.

After weaving, the thermoplastic component of nylon is rapidly contracted by wet heat treatment. The viscose is fully exposed to the surface, making the interior hydrophobic and externally hydrophilic.

The clothing made of this yarn is cool and has the reputation of "ice Ma".

Processing is focused on finishing process.

Dyeing mainly uses reactive dye viscose, and then dyeing with weak acid dyes, because nylon may be exposed during mechanical stretching.

Generally it is not suitable to use cotton / nylon interwoven technology.

In the specific processing, it is recommended to carefully test before dyeing.

First of all, because viscose and nylon are not parallel, the former is mainly external and curved, especially weaving is very tight, so to achieve penetration, it needs more time than cotton dyeing.

When choosing dyes, most of them use reactive dyes with double active groups, but attention should be paid to the reactivity of dyes; because viscose fiber is short of water resistance and washability of cotton, the dye itself should be easy to wash; use neutral soft water soap to make sure that the degree of orientation of the viscose is reduced; the dye with high color fastness is adopted; it is in line with the international environmental standards.

Secondly, because of the presence of nylon components in the yarn, a suitable amount of nylon blocking agent is added to prevent nylon dyeing, so as to maintain the color consistency between nylon and viscose.

Finally, a smooth wrinkle inhibitor (non ionic type) is added to dye bath.

Whether it is yarn or clothing dyeing, try to reduce the friction coefficient between fiber, fiber and machinery, make the fiber even shrinkage, prevent uneven bump, and affect the evenness and appearance of clothing.

Practice has proved that the formation of nylon creases is irreversible, especially in the process of damp heat.

Most of these fabrics are used in light women's fashions with different handle and style. Therefore, softening agents (such as Zhejiang Tongxiang soluble chemical plant) are usually used to get smooth, soft, elastic and hydrophilic properties.

At the same time, in order to make the fabric have good dimensional stability, the resin finishing agent can be appropriately added to improve the viscose feel and help to resist wrinkles.
