The Hongkong people used to have a certain "resistance" mentality towards the mainland because they did not understand the national conditions, but now they seem to be somewhat afraid of the mainland.

He believes that these two attitudes are not correct, because "the state wants Hongkong to be good, which is beyond doubt."

Hong Kong enterprises must support themselves.

The advantages of small and medium enterprises are small, flexible, fast conversion and low cost. Now they need opportunities.

A few months ago, with the Hongkong TDC, Huang Pengxu went to Guangzhou to attend the Hongkong Commodities Fair.

Encouraged by him, he immediately sent a letter to Donald Tsang, the chief executive, and hoped that the government would make efforts to effectively support SMEs to develop the mainland market. The chief executive also asked the private secretary to reply soon, and he affirmed and agreed with Huang Pengxu's viewpoint.

Huang Pengxu believes that the expansion of domestic sales by the Hong Kong enterprises to the mainland in the form of exhibitions and so on has three advantages: promoting Hong Kong businessmen to sell their own brands and products, and helping Hong Kong businessmen understand the real situation of the mainland, such as the destination of industrial pfer, the level of local consumption, the development of local government, and so on. At the same time, it is also conducive to Hongkong's platform or bridge role in helping mainland enterprises to internationalize through exchanges and cooperation.

"What is Hongkong's rich now? Thirty years ago, which is not a small and medium-sized enterprise?" Huang Pengxu told reporters. "At that time, the international market gave Hongkong the opportunity. Now it is the mainland China market that gives Hongkong the opportunity."
