Chen Qian said that for the first time, he spent about 100000 yuan to buy 40 flower pattern drawings. Many people in the company thought it was not worth it. But according to these original and original patterns, the company designed hundreds of fabrics and fired a gun in the market.
Chen Qian, who had tasted the sweetness, decided to "grow his own gourd" from now on. He specially invited a pattern designer to work with a famous manuscript company in Keqiao. The designer of the company worked for a long time in the manuscript company, and the salary was paid out by Chen Qian. But the designer must draw the information of the enterprise, customer and market in a timely manner and make it to the enterprise by modifying the manuscript company experts.
Chen Qian is sent to the customer again, so that although it costs more energy, it gives customers a brand new feeling.
Now, more than 40% of the annual sales of the company come from independent design, and this proportion is increasing by about ten percent every year.
