Xu Yi, 1.83 meters tall, was born in 1984. Father Xu Youliang is a famous calligrapher in Shangrao railway system. Violin playing and table tennis are also professional. Xu Yi, a famous teacher in the University, soon became a leader in the college. In 2008, he worked together with his classmates to write a non architectural "study". It was awarded the Golden Award of the architectural landscape concept innovation in China's largest and most widely distributed competition in the Chinese Academy of environmental art and design, China's environmental art design year award. It has become the highest award ever recorded in Sichuan Fine Art Institute. However, an accidental opportunity made Xu Yi difficult to understand fashion design. When he was sophomore, Xu Yi gradually became interested in fashion design. One day, he went shopping with his classmates, just to see that the posters of the Creative Star Costume Design Competition in a large commercial building in Chongqing had been put on the table with the playmentality. Surprisingly, his competition, the collision between the Chinese dragon and the western cowboy, won second in the competition and got a 2000 yuan bonus. The joy of success brings Xu Yi more encouragement and confidence. So he bought professional books and a lot of fashionable books in design, eagerly reading and studying, and often bought cloth, ornaments, cut and sew, and enjoyed it. In 2008, after graduating from Xu Yi University, he resolutely applied for the graduate student of fashion design major of Sichuan Fine Art Institute. He was admitted to the university with excellent results and won first class scholarship.

From "architectural design clothing" to "design clothing for people", Xu Yi admitted that art is interlinked and does not feel that there is too much span. With diligence and perseverance and superhuman savvy, he became better. In the second CCTV martial arts ceremony and the "Wulin conference" design competition held in that year, he and his classmates co authored the "Chinese concept of martial arts order". They were among the top 12. In the "love" 2009 National College dress design invitational tournament, his work "60 years" won the first prize. He found inspiration from cartoon characters "Saint gladiators" in animated television, which he liked in childhood. After dozens of modification designs, he made elaborate work for more than a month. A theme work named after "Fei / Fei" was finally born: simple modeling, smooth lines, metallic color, and a pair of lovely angel wings. This work breaks through the traditional aesthetical and practical concept of traditional underwear and gives bold, exaggerated and post-modern style.

On the evening of June 8th, the China regional finals were held in Shanghai. When a famous model in Ukraine was dressed in the theme of "Fei / Fei", it immediately made experts and audiences refreshing, and then burst into applause. After fierce competition, Xu Yi's work won the first prize in the contest, becoming the champion of Ttiumph creative design competition in China and the best creative award.

It is reported that Xu Yi will represent China to participate in the September global finals of Ttiumph touchdown creative design competition held in London in September this year, competing with other 28 countries and regions to win the world championship. The global champion will not only win 15 thousand euros prize, but will also be sold as a limited edition product at the designated Ttiumph store worldwide.
