Cotton processing enterprises gradually realize that reform is the trend of the times. It is in line with international practice. It is also an industry opportunity. From the earlier stage of "I want to change" to "I want to change", the enthusiasm has obviously improved.

Textile enterprises have constantly improved their understanding of the reform, and some textile enterprises with higher grade and higher added value have been actively purchasing large bales of cotton. They have gradually recognized the instrumented inspection index and made use of cotton blending with indicators.

The departments concerned are more unified in their understanding of reform, more firmly in their reform objectives, and steadily advancing in reform, and have made extensive social impact.

The current GB1103-2007 national standard of cotton fine staple cotton is based on China's national conditions, fully considering the current situation of cotton production and circulation in China, actively integrating with the world, organically integrating sensory inspection and instrumental examination of cotton, meeting the needs of the reform of cotton quality inspection system, and is feasible, scientific, advanced and creative.
