    Lin Xiaogang, deputy director of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of letters and commissions, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Since joining the WTO, the main economic indicators of Xingcheng swimsuit industry have maintained steady growth under the impetus of two international and domestic markets. With the domestic political stability, economic progress, consumption growth and steady increase in international demand, China's garment industry is facing another good opportunity for development. The garment industry has embarked on a new journey from a big garment nation to a strong garment country. Garment enterprises should seize the development opportunities in the post crisis era, and vigorously implement the strategy of technological innovation and brand innovation through four breakthroughs in the industry's international status, technological innovation capability, brand innovation capability and industrial structure.


    Han Yongsheng, a member of the China Clothing Association Expert Committee and professor of Management School of Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, pointed out in the keynote speech of "breaking through traditional thinking and establishing rapid production competitive advantage". Through research, we found that clothing market demand is showing fragmented, discontinuous and unsystematic trends, and is becoming increasingly difficult to satisfy. The change of market demand is accelerating. In order to meet the needs of these changes, enterprises need to react quickly. The traditional ordering system is the main way of operation, with high inventory and high risk. Enterprises pay much attention to cost, quality and capacity, but ignore reliable quick response. The rapid reaction system advocated by Han Yongsheng, through improving the supply chain of enterprises and optimizing the production process, has effectively enhanced the operational efficiency of enterprises and built an irresistible competitive advantage.


    At the seminar, Xu Haifeng, the first champion of China's Olympic history and vice chairman of the five modern sports association of China, with his rich experience in the management of sports industry for many years, put forward his own unique understanding of modern sports fashion and clothing brand shaping. His brilliant view has brought substantial enlightenment to the idea of broadening the operation of enterprises.


    The venue of this symposium, Xingcheng, Liaoning, is famous for its ancient city attractions and island springs. It has also attracted the attention of the apparel industry for its rise in swimsuit industry. After more than 20 years of development, Xingcheng swimsuit has made considerable progress in terms of the number of enterprises, production scale, technology level, product quality, independent brand building and export earning.
