According to the introduction of the Humen town government, the theme of this "Humen Cup" International Youth Design (women's wear) competition is "carbon chanting", which focuses on the low carbon environmental protection concept that has attracted much attention. It requires participants to focus on the theme of design tailoring, fabric selection and so on, and deduce a simple fashion. Among the 30 outstanding Chinese and foreign players in the finals, 9 entries were from overseas and 21 came from domestic players.

The judges said that the theme of this year's finalist design is novel and fashionable, and is in line with the current trend.
