(five) the Licensor shall ensure the validity of the registered trademark during the period of validity of the trademark license contract. If the validity period of the registered trademark is expired, the renewal procedure shall be processed in a timely manner.

The licensor should also comply with the trademark law when he uses the registered trademark, so as to avoid the cancellation of the registered trademark because of improper use.
