Signing Ceremony Of "Five Agreements For A Contract" In Textile And Garment Industry

Following the three supplementary contents of the labor quota, labor safety and health, and the protection of the rights and interests of the female workers, two agreements on labor employment agreement and vocational skills training were also incorporated into our district.

At the signing ceremony of the two two annual meeting of the regional textile and garment industry and the signing of a contract five agreements, Shanghai Jiale Limited by Share Ltd signed the agreement as an industry representative and a regional Federation of trade unions.

It is reported that 120 enterprises in Jinshan District have agreed to carry out "a contract five agreements", which will provide a more solid umbrella for ordinary employees to safeguard their rights and interests.

It was learned from the meeting that "five agreements under a contract" were jointly formulated by the regional textile trade union and the District clothing association under the guidance of the Jinshan District Federation of trade unions.

The agreement expresses and safeguards the most concerned, direct and realistic rights and interests of workers, including the employment, income distribution, social security, labor safety and health of workers and staff members, so as to further improve and deepen the safeguarding mechanism of regional industries, and at the same time, it plays a unique role in promoting the scientific development of the textile industry.

It is understood that the Jinshan District textile industry union is the city.
