In the export footwear inspection and supervision, three cases of counterfeit origin identification were found continuously. For example, a foreign trade company in July 15th produced a total of 32052 pairs of plastic slippers and sandals in Chaozhou, with a total value of $62849.76. The country was Venezuela, and the origin was identified as "Hechoen Malasia" (Spanish made in Malaysia).

The person in charge of the production enterprise reflects that the bottom label of the shoe is provided by the customer and is required to be pasted.

In addition, during the production process supervision, a product named "Hechoen Malasia" which is intended to be exported to Venezuela is found to be affixed to the customer's request.

The inspectors should be ordered to tear up the illegal origin labels and tell the relevant provisions to the enterprises.
