Completing energy saving and emission reduction targets ahead of schedule
Zheng Zhiyi said that during the "11th Five-Year" period, China's chemical fiber industry has made outstanding achievements in promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and recycling economy in addition to its outstanding achievements in independent innovation.
The national "11th Five-Year" energy saving emission reduction index requires that the energy consumption of the chemical fiber industry unit GDP is 20% lower than that in 2005. Specifically, the energy consumption of the whole industry dropped from 742.5 kilograms of standard coal to 516.8 kilograms of standard coal. China's viscose industry has reached international level in liquid and solid pollution control. Industrial structure presents "three concentration".
