Wear "Coke Bottle" &Nbsp; Pursue "Regeneration" Fashion.

    Fashionable Environment-Friendly Chemical Fiber

    As a love of nature

    environmental protection

People, a reporter's "temperament beauty" friend has insisted on wearing only in recent years.

    Pure cotton

    ,

    Pure linen

Clothes not only do not interfere with animal fabrics, but also chemical fibers are excluded from the wardrobe.

In fact, insisting on this principle is very hard. For example, she often stares at other people's chiffon dress on the road for more than 3 seconds.

Recently, after hearing and paying close attention to the concept of "recycled recycled fabric", "temperament beauty" has a new idea: it seems that chemical fibers need not be excluded from their "environmental Wardrobe".

From Coke bottles to green cloth

The "recycled beauty fabric" focuses on recycled fabrics.

    Cola Bottle environmental protection cloth

    "This is a new type.

    green

Environmentally friendly recycled fabric, referred to as "RPET".

This kind of fabric is made from recycled Coke bottles, mineral water bottles, salad oil bottles and so on. After being processed by wire drawing, it can be recycled and effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions, saving nearly 80% of the energy than the conventional method of producing polyester fiber.

Liu Bin, sales manager of Wujiang Hui Yi Textile Co., Ltd., told our reporter that RPET fabric is a relatively mature recycled fabric at present. Compared with other recycled fabrics, the production technology of garment has yet to be developed.

For example, although regenerated cotton and reclaimed acrylic fiber are also used at present, they are mostly used for making bags, and their quality is inferior to that of ordinary cotton, which is not suitable for making garments.

Liu Bin also said coke bottle recycling can be 100% recycled into RPET fiber.

Its regenerated filament made of textiles can be used to make T-shirts, children's wear, men's casual wear, windbreaker, down (cold proof) clothes, work uniforms, gloves, scarves, towels, bath towels, pajamas, sportswear, jackets, handbags, blankets, hats, shoes, bags, umbrellas, curtains and so on. Regenerated staple fibers can also be twisted into spun yarn, and then woven into fabrics to make all kinds of other products.

"Coke bottle environmental protection cloth" is now being ordered by some export manufacturers in China to export finished products to developed countries.

Liu Bin said that although the cost of such products is high, foreign brand enterprises attach importance to environmental protection, and often buy them as gifts, such as bags, shopping bags, blankets and so on.

In addition to gifts, foreign countries also use "coke bottle environmental protection cloth" to make pull rod boxes, mountaineering clothes and so on.

However, "coke bottle environmental protection cloth" is still technically difficult to overcome, mainly in product quality, because such cloth can generally be recycled two or three times, will affect the firmness of yarn.

    "Must answer" is difficult.

The annual consumption of textile and clothing in the world is amazing, and the number of clothes consumers eliminate every year is also very large.

A survey in Britain showed that an Englishman spends about 600 pounds on clothes every year, and the value of clothes thrown out is 400 pounds.

In the UK, a total of 63% of the old clothes are discarded every year, and enter the landfill and incineration yard. Only 16% of them can be recycled.

How many clothes do Chinese eliminate every year? There is no detailed statistics.

However, it is certain that the number of clothing consumed by more than one billion people is huge.

The analysis of the consumption characteristics of Chinese residents recently released by Huatai United Securities estimated that the total capacity of the clothing market in 2010 was about about 630000000000 yuan, while the conservative estimate that the volume of the entire garment market would expand by about 10.5% in 2015.

As the world's largest producer of textile and clothing, China is also the consumer country with the greatest potential for growth in the future.

Obviously, Chinese made garbage will also be amazing.

At present, the main way of garbage disposal in China is incineration, which not only consumes energy such as coal and electricity, but also generates a lot of pollutants, including carbon dioxide and ash after burning.

How much of clothing waste will be recycled is not known at present, but it will not be much.

Because clothes recycling is very difficult, there is no technology that can recycle one hundred percent of it.

Liu Bin introduced that some of the raw materials of old clothes can be recycled, but they need to be sorted, rinsed and sorted.

In particular, chemical fiber and blended clothing, because of the variety of raw materials and various colors, it is difficult for ordinary people to distinguish.

For example, polyester and nylon need to be recycled separately. After making silk, they can be made into staple cotton padded filling or non-woven shopping bags. This product has been used in the related products of the 2008 Olympic Games.

In addition, the price of recycled fabric is about ten percent higher than that of ordinary products.

The filament made from this is more expensive, about 2-3 times that of the ordinary one. It can make clothing and home textile products to cater to the low carbon demand of consumers.

However, since the material is non degradable, it needs recycling.

This recycled textile and garment products are relatively few in China.

Many scientists warn people that the signs of disaster caused by global warming are more and more obvious.

How to make full use of the limited resources and recover and reuse resources as much as possible to reduce waste is a must answer before the textile and garment industry.
