Located on the side of the 104 National Highway and beside the double lane Passenger Center, the center covers an area of 596 mu, with a total storage area of about 300000 square meters.

The first phase of the project is the double lane Passenger Center which has been put into use. The second and third phases of the project are all logistics warehousing projects.

In addition to storage buildings, other sites will cover greening, and the greening area will be around 30%.

The central location is "third party logistics", which includes warehousing, storage, import and export management, collection of goods and simple processing. That is to say, manufacturing enterprises and commercial enterprises do not have to invest in building or leasing warehouses any more. They only need to place products and commodities in logistics. When they are shipped, they need to connect with logistics centers, and other logistics centers are handled on behalf of them.

In the face of financial difficulties, customer companies can even use warehouse receipts in their hands to make warehouse receipt pledge to financial institutions and financing institutions to obtain corresponding funds on the value of goods displayed on warehouse receipts, and logistics centers will act as collateral parties.
