It is reported that Liberty group and Israel Corp Runcom have formed a joint venture called Sunfest Runcom Technologies, which has already won the BWA spectrum auction in India in June.

Vidhi Gupta said that Runcom has been engaged in development, manufacturing, high-end technology standard marketing, silicon products, fixed network and mobile terminals, base stations, ASN gateways, network operation centers and other value-added services.

Gupta added that the joint venture plans to spend 300 million rupees on the production equipment of the factory, and will increase investment with the development of the business in the future.
