1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage and pportation of Rex rabbit skin.

This standard applies to the quality inspection of the initial processing, purchase and sale of Rex rabbit skin.

2 Definition

This standard adopts the following definitions.

2.1 fluffy thick fur

Dense villi, full handle, glossy, elastic, smooth face.

2.2 the villi are more abundant slight heavy fur

Fluff is slightly plump, glossy, elastic and smooth.

2.3 villi sparsely sparse underwool slightly loose

The fuzz is slightly empty, the luster is weak, and the hair surface is not smooth.

2.4 rotary hair curly

Local villus lodging is whirlpool.

2.5 boss leather skin from old rabbit

The skin of old rabbit is thick and hard, and its surface is rough. Tanning is not easy to tannin and hard.

3 technical requirements

3.1 processing requirements

3.1.1 kill and peel properly, turn around, tail and calf.

3.1.2 split the skin along the midline of the abdomen, scraping the fat and residual meat, shaping, flattening and fixing, and drying it in a rectangular shape.

3.2 quality requirements

3.2.1 grade specification

3.2.1.1 first class: fluffy, smooth, clean, elastic, pure fur, glossy and oily, without prominent needle hair, no hair rotation, no damage: good quality, thick and thin, and full skin area above 1400C.

3.2.1.2 first class: fluff is rich, smooth, clean, elastic, pure fur, glossy and smooth, without prominent needle hair, no hair rotation, no damage, good quality, thick and thin, and the total skin area is above 1200 C.

3.2.1.3 two and so on: the villi are more abundant, smooth, clean, oily, and the color of the hair is more pure. The quality and quality of the plates are the same as those of first class skins, or the quality and quality of the plates are the same as those of the first grade leather, with a small amount of prominent needle hair on the minor parts; or the villi and plates are the same as the first grade skins, and the total skin area is above 1000 C; or they are of first class skin quality and have minor injuries on the minor parts.

3.2.1.4 three and so on: fluff is slightly sparse, not smooth, and the quality and quality of the board meet the first class skin requirements; or the fluff and board quality meet the first class skin requirements, the full skin area is above 800 C, or the villi and board quality conform to the first class skin requirements, with minor injuries in the main parts, or the quality of two skin, with minor injuries in the minor parts.

The villi length of 3.2.2 and other endothelium should reach 1.3cm-2.2cm.

The difference between colors is extremely poor.

3.2.3 boss skin and other internal requirements do not conform to the list of equal skins.

3.2.4 grade difference: the first class is 140%, the first class is 100%, the two is 70%, three is 40%.

4 test method

4.1 inspection tools, equipment and conditions

4.1.1 tool: rice ruler.

4.1.2 equipment: operation desk.

4.1.3 inspection site: dry, clean, scattering room with sufficient natural light.

4.2 operation method

4.2.1 villus test: put the fur face upwards and put it on the operation table, use one hand to hold the tail of the skin, pinch the neck of the skin with another hand, and shake it up and down. Observe the color, luster, cleanliness, density, the level of the hair surface and whether there is any disability or defect.

Then use the hand kneading the neck skin plate to caress the villi, feel the density, thickness, elasticity of the villi, and use the puff to check the density and disability of the villi.

4.2.2 villus length test: in the middle part of the skin, the length of the chorionic villus should be measured.

4.2.3 skin plate test: turn the skin upside down and look up on the top of the board to observe whether the skin shape is intact, whether there is damage or not, the size of the oil, whether the fat and residual meat are clean or not, the color of the board, the thickness, hardness and hardness of the felt skin plate.

4.2.4 area measurement: the length of the whole skin is measured from the center of the neck to the tail root with the meter gauge, and the width is measured from the position that represents the average width of the whole skin (usually the appropriate part of the waist), and the width is multiplied by the width, that is the full skin area.

5 inspection rules

5.1 sampling inspection: 5 pieces below (including 5 pieces) were examined by Zhang, and 6 or more parts were randomly sampled for no less than 20%.

5.2 the buyers and sellers will carry out the inspection according to this standard, and the error is 5%.

5.3 if there is any objection to the result of the examination, the part with objection shall be re examined.

If the two sides still object to the result of the reinspection, they need to resolve it through consultation.

6 packaging, storage, marking and pportation

6.1 packaging

According to the grade, the wool is facing the wool surface, the board is stacked on the surface, and every 50 pieces of string are tied together.

Every 4 bundles are packed in a package.

6.2 storage

Store in warehouse.

Storeroom should be clean, dry, ventilated, insect resistant, rodent proof, moisture-proof and rain proof.

6.3 mark

Each package should be firmly labeled.

Transportation must be clean, and rain and exposure must be strictly prevented during pportation.
