The total construction capacity of the power station is 166 MW, with a total investment of 9 billion yuan. It will be completed in 2015. The annual output will reach 188 million kwh, and the annual emission reduction of CO2 will be 175 thousand and 400 tons.

The first phase of the Kunming Shilin solar photovoltaic grid experimental demonstration power station 20 MW project was launched in May 25th this year. Now it works normally, with an average daily power generation of about 50 thousand kwh.

In April, Huaneng Electric Power Design Institute of the Huaneng Lancang hydropower Co., Ltd. and China East Hydropower Survey and Design Institute completed the location planning report of solar PV power stations in 5 counties of Binchuan County, Midu County, Xiangyun County, Nanjian county and Eryuan county respectively, and 34 solar photovoltaic power station sites were initially identified in 5 counties, with a planned capacity of 2 million 200 thousand kilowatts.
