2010 Seoul Design Exhibition Is Permeated With Innovative Design Concept

The annual design event, which began in 2008, was formerly known as the "Seoul design Olympiad (SDO)". It aims to celebrate Seoul's intention to attract the world's design capital in 2010.

The exhibition is different from previous exhibitions, because it has activities for vulnerable groups in society, such as lectures on Braille design.

The theme of this year's Seoul design exhibition is "design for all". It will organize various types of academic and cultural activities in the three broad categories of economy, participation and education.

One of the most outstanding new features of this exhibition is the three main pavilions in the Seoul Olympic Stadium. They will be designed by three of the greatest architects of the day: they are Alessandro MEndini from Italy, Daniel Libeskind from the United States, and Jin Xiche Seok-chul from Korea (Daniel Libeskind).

The exhibition will hold a life design exhibition to show the design products of South Korea, China and Japan, three Southeast Asian countries / regions.

As part of this design exhibition, we will also organize design related recruitment fairs and provide business consulting services in Hongyi District, aiming at young and emerging designers who are looking for jobs.
