    The amino content of polyamide fiber is low, and the amino content of nylon 66 and nylon 6 are 0.04mol/kg (fiber) and 0.098mol/kg (fiber), respectively, 1/20 and 1/10 for wool.

    The content of carboxyl group of polyamide fiber is higher than that of amino group. At isoelectric point, all amino groups exist in the form of -NH3+ ions, while carboxyl groups exist only in the form of -COOH- ions.


    In view of the structure of polyamide fiber, acid hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis technology are used to chemically modify superfine fibers, open their amide bonds and increase their active groups. Then, the retanning, filling, fatliquoring and dyeing technology of natural leather are used to fill the superfine fiber tanning agent between superfine fibers, improve its water vapor permeability and other physical properties, and make the microfiber cloth close to the leather leather.

    The basic principle of dry finishing is aimed at different uses of finished products. The technology of natural leather finishing combined with synthetic leather making technology is adopted. The process of sealing, pressing, fine-grained - grit - making - press fine stripe - Top - embossing - soft - throwing is applied to form the superfine fiber sand leather with the appearance of leather.

    The wet coating is used to form the next layer, giving the superfine fiber base cloth the surface of the leather like leather.
