Recently, I visited the main shoe industry in Wenzhou, and investigated the trend of Wenzhou's domestic shoe sales in the first half of the year.
At present, the footwear industry in Wenzhou is mainly concentrated in the Lucheng Development Zone and Wenzhou.

Development Zone, shoe capital industrial zone, Ouhai Development Zone, Xinqiao, Yongjia Ou Bei, Ruian and other places.

Vulcanized shoes
(commonly known as rubber shoes) also has considerable strength. Ruian's Senna group and Hansen Wenzhou's foreign trade safety shoes have certain representativeness.
Wenzhou has both domestic and overseas enterprises mainly based on Kangnai, AOKANG, red dragonfly and so on. There are also foreign trade enterprises represented by Dongyi, di bang, Jin Di and so on. Besides, there are many domestic enterprises in Wenzhou economic development zone and shoe capital industrial park.
In these areas, there are quite a few enterprises producing men's shoes, followed by women's shoes enterprises.
After years of development, Lucheng District, economic development zone, shoe city industrial zone and North ou have gradually formed an important production base for Wenzhou men's shoes. The men's shoes produced by these production bases, both product development, quality and price, have been recognized and accepted by the outside world. Therefore, the domestic enterprises in these regions directly decided the trend of Wenzhou's domestic shoe market in the first half of the year.
In the first half of this year, the overall situation of Wenzhou's domestic sales shoes is not optimistic, because Wenzhou's domestic sales shoes have been affected by several factors. The final result is a good start, but the ending is embarrassed by inventory, especially for many men's shoe manufacturers.
During the visit, I learned that there were only 80 thousand pairs of shoes produced in Lucheng in the first half of the year, and the inventory reached more than 20000 pairs.
There is a medium-sized enterprise, there are 2 cold sticky line, the whole first half of the year produced about four hundred thousand pairs of children's shoes, and inventory backlog of nearly 50 thousand pairs, if the previous inventory, there are nearly 80 thousand pairs.
According to the person in charge of the enterprise, the customer response is normal until the end of April, but only a few days' efforts have made the domestic market suddenly quiet, so that the enterprises can not be changed by the inventory.
It is understood that because there is not enough time to change the production plan, inventory has become the burden of many shoe enterprises in Wenzhou in the first half of the year. Yiwu merchants then moved to buy stock shoes. The price of inventory products dropped from more than 10 yuan to 10 yuan, and even the factory price of more than 16 yuan was reduced to less than 8 yuan.
According to the author's understanding, there are three main reasons for the large number of domestic shoes sold in Wenzhou this year.

In the past, there were overstocking stocks; two, enterprises were riveted to compete for output, eventually resulting in inventory; three was affected by the weather, shoe sales fell sharply.
During the visit, I was greatly surprised by the fact that a small scale of domestic shoe manufacturers had increased their output this year. The growth rate varies from factory to factory, with a few percent growth. The growth rate of an enterprise is more than 40%. Although the enterprise is also facing the problem of backlog, the number of stocks is not so exaggerated as the rumours of outside.
According to the person in charge of the company, others believe that the domestic market is not very good in the first half of this year, but he thinks it is a rare opportunity for development.
However, the author also noted that in the first half of this year, the enterprises that did really well did not only sell products well, but also praised the quality of their products, and some enterprises also appeared in short supply, such as Yongjia's AOKANG, red dragonfly, Japanese Thai, red straw hat, spider king and other footwear industries; the JD, Dongyi, multi Kang, Shun Sheng and other footwear industries in the economic development zone; Kangnai, Ju Tian, Huang Mei, Hong Shun, Huan bird and other footwear industries in Lucheng district.
Although many of these enterprises have some inventory problems, but due to the good quality of products and the trust of customers, the inventory situation will be gradually relieved and will not cause great impact on enterprises.

In recent years, Wenzhou women's shoes have sprung up and become an important part of the "shoes capital of China".
In the first half of this year, for domestic manufacturers of domestic women's shoes, although there was no pressure on stock, the overall output was still lower than in previous years.
However, in the trend of economic recovery, Wenzhou shoe industry also came to the good news, a group of excellent Wenzhou women shoes enterprises unite together, set up a professional platform, actively expand the market.
Affected by the slow pace of economic recovery, the women's shoes enterprises in Wenzhou are not having a good time in the first half of this year. Since June and July, with the advent of the autumn and winter shoe development season, Wenzhou women's shoes enterprises have begun to warm up, and the enterprises are in good condition. Some enterprises are beginning to recruit workers to expand their production scale.
According to the author's understanding, in the first half of the crisis, the Zhejiang shoe shoe company made a big fuss in the domestic market. In the first half of the year, production and sales grew steadily. On the basis of intensive farming, the new market was vigorously developed.
On the other hand, the company has vigorously adjusted the product mix and intensified the development of new products, so that the products are very popular in the domestic market.
For enterprises producing sports products, the overall production decline has become an indisputable fact, but it is gratifying to note that many enterprises are trying new marketing models.
And AOKANG, Kangnai, red dragonfly and other brands, in the first half of the Wenzhou domestic sports shoes market has injected vitality.
In the first half of this year, it is an opportunity for product upgrading and sustainable development to do even PVC injection shoes, but at the same time, we should pay attention to the following risks. Since the end of last year to the first half of this year, the new equipment of the company has exceeded the expected value. In a word, at present, the market of Wenzhou's foreign trade footwear industry is unpredictable, and the competition in the domestic market is fierce. The sharp increase in production costs and the sharp shrinkage of profits are still a difficult problem for many shoe companies.
If an enterprise wants to seek survival and development in crisis, waiting and hesitation can only wait for death, and seek the path of change to win the battle.
