    Materials (including twill, knitted fabrics, warp knitted fabrics) were used to treat surgical contaminated wounds and burn wounds, and biodegradable porous membrane materials containing 2,5- mannose were developed. Bioactive medical silicone applicator adsorbent was being developed.


    In order to make composite silicone materials, two kinds of polymerization modifiers were made by using A-380 high dispersion silicon filler made in Russia. One is polysaccharide 2,5- mannose and the other is polydextrose.

    A porous silicon structure is formed in the presence of polymerizing modifier.

    The surface density, pore volume and pore size of 2,5- mannose silica adsorbent and glucose dextrose adsorbent were studied.

    The process of the synthesis of 2,5- mannose silica adsorbent is based on the beginning of the formation of the hydrogel from 22 to 2 degrees centigrade by 24 hours.

    The next stage of dehydration is accompanied by a decrease in the size of hydrogels and the formation of hydrogels.

    The hydrogel was treated at 105 degree heat for 2 hours to become dry colloid. In the final stage, the dispersing method was used to complete the synthesis of the adsorbent, and the highly dispersed debris appeared. The particle size was 80-120 microns.
