Zhang Jieping believes that if the regulation fails, the excessive expansion of Xinjiang's spindles will directly lead to more intense competition within the industry.

The fierce competition for cotton resources has caused a new round of integration storm in cotton purchasing industry.

Xinjiang has been the largest cotton producer in the country. The increase in the size of Xinjiang's local spindles will increase the consumption of cotton in the territory and will reduce the total amount of Xinjiang cotton that can be pported to China. This will make the cotton textile enterprises in the mainland depend on the contention of Xinjiang's cotton resources.

Zhang Jieping said that by 2015, Xinjiang West Silver force cotton Group Co., Ltd. should strive to acquire 600 thousand tons of cotton (planned for 400 thousand tons in 2010), accounting for 2/3 of the output of cotton on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains.
