Ministry Of Industry Announces 4 Standards For Synthetic Leather In Light Industry Standard

The near future, Ministry of industry and information technology 4 items of light industry standards have been approved and published. synthetic leather The relevant standards have been implemented since October 1st of this year. The 4 criteria are the safety technical conditions of polyurethane household synthetic leather, the general safety and technical conditions of polyurethane superfine fiber synthetic leather, the polyurethane synthetic leather for cap, and the high resilience soft polyurethane foam.

"QB/T 4045-2010 polyurethane household synthetic leather safety technical conditions" specifies the safety grade, requirements and test methods of household polyurethane synthetic leather. This standard is applicable to polyurethane synthetic leather made from wet cloth or polyurethane coating and post processing.

"QB/T 4046-2010 polyurethane superfine fiber synthetic leather general safety technical conditions" stipulates the safety grade, safety technical conditions and test methods of polyurethane superfine fiber synthetic leather. This standard is applicable to all kinds of polyurethane microfiber synthetic leather.

Polyurethane synthetic leather for QB/T4047-2010 caps standard The classification, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyurethane synthetic leather for cap are stipulated. This standard is applicable to polyurethane synthetic leather made from dry cloth, wet polyurethane, and finishing.

"QB/T 2080-2010 high resilience soft polyurethane foam" standard specifies the classification, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of high resilience soft polyurethane foam. The standard is suitable for producing high resilience soft polyurethane foam molded from polyether polyols and ISO esters as bulk raw materials and cold curing moulds.
