We see that Chinese entrepreneurs, especially our real estate sector, have changed their bosses in five years. After the success of their businesses, they have disappeared and failed. Some of them are still very miserable. We see that most of them are making the same mistake, that is, they have lost honesty.

My advice is to never make mistakes in honesty, to be honest with colleagues, to be honest with the government and to the government. Once you get blemish in honesty, you can't go far in this business.
