Rongsheng petrochemical
(002493) today's IPO prospectus is issued to issue 56 million shares of A shares.
The proceeds will be used for Yanda Shenghua annual output of 1 million 200 thousand tons PTA project and Shengyuan chemical fiber annual output of 100 thousand tons of environmental health and multifunctional fiber technology pformation project.
After the implementation of the project, the company will further improve the product mix and further strengthen the overall competitive advantage of the industrial chain integration.
Rongsheng Petrochemical is the leading polyester and polyester industry leader in the domestic terephthalic acid (PTA), polyester (PET) and polyester filament. It is mainly engaged in the production and sale of PTA and polyester fiber related products.
The main products are PTA and polyester drafting yarn, polyester preoriented yarn, polyester and stretch yarn three series of various specifications of polyester filament and PET chips.

The annual design and production capacity of 600 thousand tons, polyester spinning 570 thousand tons, polyester and elastic wire 250 thousand tons, and the scale of production occupy the leading position in the same industry in China.
Zhejiang Yisheng, a subsidiary company of Yisheng and its stock holding company, has the design and production capacity of 1 million 200 thousand tons per year and 1 million 60 thousand tons PTA respectively.
In the first half of this year, the company achieved a revenue of 7 billion yuan and a net profit of 575 million yuan.
Rongsheng Petrochemical will be issued in from October 13th to 15th in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and other places.
