Develop and expand the two pillar industries of down and shoe industry.

Among them, the down industrial park is located in the tangtawei area, with a planned area of 1500 mu, with about 100000 square meters of workshop built in two phases. The planning area of shoe industry park is 3500 mu, and the first phase 350 Mu is located in Tung Chung area of Dashan River Street. The two or three phase is near Lin Jing Village and cawu village.

Wuchuan is one of China's three largest production bases for feather and the largest white duck and feather distributing center in China.

There are more than 100 existing feather and down manufacturing enterprises, including 15 enterprises of above scale, more than 30 registered feather enterprises, 35 automatic washing down production lines and 19 high pile production lines, with annual output of 20 thousand tons or more of feather and down, nearly 2 billion yuan of annual output value of down processing industry, 1 inspection exemption products, 1 Guangdong famous brand products, 1 Guangdong famous trademarks, and 9 Chinese feather and down enterprises.

Wuchuan is the whole country.

Plastic shoes

One of the three bases of production is known as the "shoe city of South China".

At present, there are more than 400 shoemaking enterprises in the city, more than 20 thousand people in employment, 1 billion pairs of plastic shoes annually, accounting for over 1/3 of domestic output, and 2 billion yuan annual output value. The products include ten categories of EVA fashion shoes, sandals, slippers, rain shoes, casual shoes and health shoes, more than 200 varieties and more than 2000 styles. The products sell well all over the country and exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe and the United States.

The planning and construction of the industrial park will guide the local down and shoe enterprises to develop together and operate in a cluster, helping enterprises integrate production division and marketing resources, and constantly break through in the aspects of deep processing, brand building and export, so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry.
