Agriculture minister Sharad Pawar revealed at an economic conference on Wednesday.
He said India will review cotton export situation in December.
At present, only 5 million 500 thousand bales of cotton (170 kg / bag) are exported to India this year.
Because of the bumper harvest of cotton in India, the output of 2010-11 years is estimated to be 35 million packages. Therefore, India relaxed its start last year.
